In February 2018, we visited FOSDEM as part of our schul-frei project. There, among other things, we held two talks. The key players in this were Niels Hradek (13 y/o) and Philipp Stahl (14 y/o). Apart from the talks, the two could learn a lot, for example in other talks and in conversations with stand personell.

Talk: Kids and schools and Instant Messaging

In this talk, we presented the results of our student survey, tailored to the interests of the communications software developers in the devroom.

Talk: Too young to rock'n'roll (and to contribute)

As second talk, we discussed the issues with legally questionnable terms of use, especially those of development platforms, with the people in the legal devroom in order to raise some awareness for the facht that minors tend to have huge problems with them.
